Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Service and Rates

Sequence Compounds currently provides shipping to eligible addresses within the United States. Available shipping charges and any active free-shipping offer will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

• Shipping Region: Orders are currently shipped only to supported addresses within the United States.
• Shipping Service: Eligible orders are generally shipped using USPS Priority.
• Flat-Rate Shipping: The applicable flat-rate shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.
• Estimated Transit: USPS Priority delivery is generally estimated at two to three business days after carrier acceptance.
• Tracking: A tracking number is provided for every order after the shipment has been prepared and accepted for delivery.
• Free Shipping: When a free-shipping offer is active, the qualifying minimum order amount will be displayed on the website or during checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, account verification where applicable, and internal order review. Processing times may vary based on order volume, compound availability, payment status, weekends, holidays, and operational requirements.

Orders submitted before the current daily processing cutoff may be prepared for shipment the same day or the next business day. Same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.

Orders submitted after the cutoff, during weekends, or on recognized holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout or made available through the customer account and order-tracking page.

Tracking updates are generated by USPS. It may take additional time after label creation for the first carrier scan or movement update to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing tracking updates after shipment.

4. Delivery Timeframes

USPS Priority delivery is generally estimated at two to three business days after the package has been accepted into the carrier’s network. These delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed by Sequence Compounds.

Delivery may be affected by carrier volume, destination, weather, holidays, service interruptions, routing conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

5. Same-Day and Next-Business-Day Dispatch

Where operationally possible, orders submitted before the current daily processing cutoff may be dispatched the same day or on the next business day.

Dispatch timing depends on successful payment confirmation, order review, stock availability, shipping-label preparation, and carrier pickup schedules. Selecting or receiving Priority shipping does not remove the required order-processing period.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. This includes apartment, suite, unit, ZIP code, and any other information required for successful delivery.

Sequence Compounds is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, address-correction charges, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information submitted by the customer.

Address-change requests must be submitted before processing begins. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, the address may no longer be changed.

7. Carrier Delays

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is subject to the carrier’s network, service conditions, and operational procedures.

Sequence Compounds cannot guarantee an exact delivery date or accept responsibility for delays caused by weather, carrier congestion, holidays, transportation interruptions, routing errors, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control.

A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

If a shipment appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains missing items, contact our support team promptly with your order number, tracking information, a clear description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Photographs should show the exterior shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected items.

Claims are reviewed individually. A submitted claim does not automatically guarantee a replacement, refund, or store credit. The appropriate resolution will be determined using tracking records, carrier confirmation, photographs, order details, and available documentation.

9. Packages Marked as Delivered

Orders marked as delivered by USPS are considered completed unless the carrier confirms a delivery error or another verifiable issue.

Before contacting support, customers should check surrounding delivery areas, mailboxes, household members, neighbors, front desks, property management, and the local postal facility.

Sequence Compounds is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after carrier-confirmed delivery.

10. Returned and Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned because of an incomplete address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, an unclaimed shipment, or another customer-related issue may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Returned compounds cannot automatically be restocked because their handling and storage conditions may no longer be independently verified.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for confirming that research-use-only compounds may be lawfully purchased, received, possessed, and handled within their jurisdiction.

Sequence Compounds reserves the right to refuse, hold, or cancel an order because of destination restrictions, carrier limitations, compliance concerns, payment review, compound availability, suspected fraud, or other operational requirements.

12. Compound Handling During Shipping

Sequence Compounds supplies compounds strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical purposes only.

Packaging and fulfillment procedures are structured to support responsible handling, clear identification, and compound integrity during normal shipment conditions.

13. Policy Updates

Sequence Compounds may update or modify this Shipping Policy to reflect changes in shipping rates, free-shipping thresholds, carrier services, fulfillment procedures, service areas, or operational requirements.

The current revision date will be displayed at the top of this page. Shipping rates and options displayed during checkout will control the applicable shipment.
