Important Notice: Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the handling, storage, and quality-control requirements associated with them, products cannot be returned after leaving our facility. Returned materials cannot be restocked or resold.
To request an order cancellation, contact our support team immediately at support@sequencecompounds.com before your order has been processed or prepared for shipment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or transferred to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
All compound purchases are considered final once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. Sequence Compounds does not accept discretionary returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind, incorrect selection, or an unintended purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the compound name, strength, quantity, billing information, shipping address, email address, and other order details before completing checkout.
Once an order leaves our facility, it cannot be returned to inventory because storage conditions, handling history, and product integrity can no longer be independently verified.
Packages returned without prior written authorization may be refused and will not automatically qualify for a replacement, store credit, or refund.
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and service conditions. Sequence Compounds is not responsible for delays caused by weather, service interruptions, failed delivery attempts, carrier routing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Customers should use the supplied tracking information and contact the carrier when additional delivery assistance is required.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Sequence Compounds is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, misdirected, or delivered incorrectly because of incomplete or inaccurate customer-provided information.
Address-change requests must be submitted before processing begins. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, contact our support team promptly after delivery. Include the order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photographs of the shipping box, label, packaging, and affected items.
Claims are reviewed individually. Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit. Sequence Compounds reserves the right to determine an appropriate resolution based on the available documentation and circumstances.
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered completed unless the carrier confirms a delivery error or other verifiable issue.
Customers should check surrounding delivery areas, household members, building management, neighbors, and the shipping carrier before submitting a missing-package inquiry.
Customers should contact Sequence Compounds before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback so that our support team has an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
Fraudulent, inaccurate, or abusive payment disputes may result in account restrictions, cancellation of pending orders, and refusal of future transactions.
All compounds supplied by Sequence Compounds are intended strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical purposes only.
Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use, cosmetic use, or any consumer application. Improper handling or use does not qualify an order for a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or store credit.
